Now.In your Steam account Uninstall the game an find the folder an delete it in your Steam folder.It should be under Common.Just the SkyrimSE one. Now.Whatever other mods you have write them down or mark them on your favorites so you know what to install. Unfortunetly that happens all the time when something does not completely uninstall.On your Steam you have the option to create a Backup of your game.Click on that an make a backup first before i finish tell you more.
